IX Scientific School “Dynamics of Complex Networks and their Applications” (DCNA 2025)
September 7-13, 2025

Moscow – St.Petersburg, Russia
The IX Scientific School “Dynamics of Complex Networks and their Applications” will be held from September 07 through September 13, 2025 on board a riverboat cruising from Moscow to St.-Petersburg as a part of The VII-th International Symposium "Topical Problems of Nonlinear Wave Physics".

DCNA'2025 will be an international platform for the exchange of scientific, educational and technical ideas and achievements between specialists, especially young scientists, working in the field of studying complex networks, neuroscience and nonlinear dynamics.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Proceedings of previous conferences (DCNAIR'2018, DCNAIR'2019, DCNAIR'2020, DCNA'2021, DCNA’2022, DCNA’2023, DCNA’2024) were indexed in Scopus/Web of Science.

The four-deck riverboat “Swan Lake” will cruise from Moscow to St.-Petersburg, with the Volga river, the Onega and Ladoga Lakes, the picturesque islands of Valaam and Kizhi, and a few other places of attraction such as Uglich and Goritsy on the route.
The format of the Symposium offers an excellent opportunity for unlimited informal discussions in addition to usual session presentations. A special sightseeing program along the route and a set of social events are scheduled.

Paper submission

All papers submitted to DCNA 2025 must be up to 4 pages. Papers should be written in English. All contributions must not have been previously published, must not essentially duplicate already published material, and may not be simultaneously considered for publication elsewhere. To ensure high scientific quality, all papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee Members.

All papers must comply with the IEEE conference template.

Once the reviewing process is complete, the corresponding author of the paper will be notified of the result by e-mail. The authors are required to follow the reviews in order to improve their paper before their final submission.

All papers must be presented by one of the authors. At least one author must register for the conference and pay the registration fee in order for the paper to be published in the Conference proceedings and accepted in the final program.

The papers should be send to dcnair@yandex.ru
